Our personal trainers will create a personal exercise plan for you and conduct an optional fitness evaluation. These one-on-one sessions develop a program based on current condition, personal goals, objectives & limitations. Your workout plan will be designed for strength training, free weights, cardiovascular fitness and/or flexibility.

Angela's interest in fitness started in 2010 when she began Playing Roller Derby. Her personal challenge was learning and developing the proper lifestyle of an athlete over 30. She began helping clients see their potential through a healthy lifestyle including exercise and training.

Over the course of the past 18 years, Kelly has worked with hundreds of clients of all ages and body types on building strength and maximizing the way their bodies look and feel so that their health can be an asset, rather than a liability.
Kelly has been a licensed massage therapist for over 15 years and attended Globe University for personal training to be able to prescribe exercises and stretches to her clients. Kelly has been teaching fitness classes since 2015, and a personal trainer since 2016. She currently teaches chair yoga and low impact bootcamp.

Rene’s interest in fitess began at a young age and she was very active in sports through out school. Rene joined the Y as a member in 2012 and quickly realized she wanted to do more than just attend classes. She has 8 years of experience as a trainer and fitness instructor and currently teaches Bootcamp, Silver Sneakers Classic, Burpee Bootcamp, Strength and Stretch, Senior Cycling, Abs and Stretch, Penaltly Box and Friday Fever.
