Fall Gymnastics: August 31 - October 24
Participants meet once per week for 8 weeks (August 31 - October 24). Classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays or Saturdays. Classes are limited to 5 gymnasts per class. Open Gym is limited to 10 gymnasts.
*PLEASE NOTE: Masks are required. Only ONE family member is allowed to stay and watch the class. Spectators must social distance. All classes are held at the Janesville Y. All equipment will be cleaned before and after each class.
Open Gym: $5/class
Level 2: 4:45-5:45PM
Level 3: 6:00-7:00PM
Level 4: 4:30-6:00PM
Level 5: 6:15-7:45PM
Level 1: 8:30-9:30AM
Level 2: 9:45-10:45AM
Level 4, 5 & OPEN GYM: 11:00-12:30AM
Ideal for beginners.
Skill requirements: forward roll, bridge, front hip support on bar, balanced walking on beam
Skill requirements: cartwheel, handstand, back hip pull over on bars, jumps on beam.
Skill requirements: Handstand forward roll, Round off, Backwalk over, cartwheels on beam, jump to high bar.
Mastery/experience with round off back handsprings, front handsprings, can successfully jump to and get up on the high bar, do a fly away, a back walkover, and cartwheel on the beam.
